Dr. Martin Rennhofer — Performance Advisory

Few people bridge the worlds of high-performance motorsport and senior corporate leadership as naturally as Dr. Martin Rennhofer. Holding a doctorate in physics and with over 40 years of experience at IBM Austria — the majority in senior management functions — Martin brings a rare combination of scientific rigour, executive insight, and real-world competitive experience to his work with Mindset Technologies.

As an active racing driver, licensed motorsport instructor, and ambassador for Baseline Driver Training, Martin understands from personal experience what peak cognitive performance demands under pressure. He applies that same understanding — backed by Mindset Technologies‘ biosignal measurement tools — to help executives and foremost race car drivers unlock sharper decision-making, cleaner focus, and higher performance in their professional environments.

His approach is grounded in physics, sharpened on the track, and proven in the boardroom.

Dr. Martin Rennhofer operates across Austria, Germany and Switzerland in close collaboration with Mindset Technologies AG.
